My husband I had our home listed for sale by owner, as we have done successfully several times in the past, as our previous experiences with realtors had not been positive. When Bent came out to see our home for a client, he offered to list it for a rate that made it foolish for us not to give him the opportunity to sell it for us. He went above and beyond, not only when selling our home, but even more so with the hunt for our new home. He very patiently showed us many homes, was always on time, professional, courteous and helped us to not make hasty decisions that might have ended poorly. We can not say enough to convey our appreciation to him to make our transition a bit easier. A year or so later, he was instrumental in helping a dear elderly friend, who had just lost a spouse, list their home and find a buyer for it as well.
